Mike is a retired Army Officer who became a licensed Realtor in 2006. He services the entire Bluegrass Region of Kentucky, with emphasis on the communities of Salvisa, Burgin, Harrodsburg, Danville, Perryville, Lawrenceburg, Frankfort, Versailles, and Georgetown. He resides in Salvisa, KY.
In 2006, after 25 years service in the U. S. Army, six years in various positions in Information Technology, including two years at the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Mike settled permanently in Salvisa, just a few miles from where he was born. He launched a new career, a transition made necessary by the death of his father, a local Broker and Developer. Mike played an essential role for his family in helping to manage the real estate assest accumulated by his late father, and began his real estate career by listing and selling a significant portion of the estate.
Mike has been a million dollar agent each year he has worked in real estate. In 2007 he was named the Coldwell Banker McMahan Rookie of the Year. He has been a a Star Performer and has earned the Gold or Gold Plus Award each year.
Mike works tirelessly to improve his knowledge in skills in Real Estate. He earned ePRO Certification, and is a Certified eMarketing Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative, and a Relocation Specialist. He completed the Certified Tourism Ambassador(CTA) training program. Mike is a graduate of the Floyd Wickman Program.
Mike is well qualified to handle any residential, farm or commercial real estate transactions. He represents both buyers and sellers, and is especially knowledgeable of the needs of relocating families, particularly military families.
